Please be sure you have complete information for each child you are registering. ALL of your children attending Hudson Public Schools must be registered at the same time, using one application form. Student IDs are required, and can be found on your child's report card and progress report (HHS and QMS students). If you do not know your student's ID number, you may request this by asking your child’s school or looking at a report card. The student ID number is a 4-digit number with no leading zero removed.
